The Professional Home for Ohio DOs

The Ohio Osteopathic Association is a non-profit professional association that advocates for Ohio's 7,569 licensed osteopathic physicians (DOs).

Ohio DOs represent just over 14 percent of the total physicians practicing in Ohio and 28 percent of the state's family physicians.* Of the licensed DOs, 5,318 have Ohio addresses.

OOA has been serving the osteopathic profession and Ohioans since 1898. The OOA's mission includes promoting Ohio's public health and advancing the distinctive philosophy and practice of osteopathic medicine.
