Annual Meeting Set for April 22

COA will elect its Executive Council, hear an educational program on hypertension, and honor two worthy individuals with awards at the Annual Meeting, April 22, 2008, at La Scala Italian Bistro (4199 W. Dublin-Granville Road, Dublin 43017).

Francis V. Dono, DO, will receive the James F. Sosnowski, DO, Distinguished Service Award, and Peter A. Bell, DO, will receive the William I. Linder, DO, Advocate Award. They will be recognized for their many achievements and dedication to osteopathic medicine.

During the business portion of the meeting, Terrence M. Philbin, DO, of Dublin, will be installed as COA president for 2008-2009.

The evening begins at 6:00 with a reception. The dinner and program are scheduled to start at 6:30 PM.

All COA members (active practice, semi-retired, retired, etc.) and residents, interns, and students affiliated with the Centers for Osteopathic Research & Education are invited. Be sure to RSVP to the COA Office at 614-421-5990 by April 15.
